Pickup times are based on your flight — major breaks are typically 3 hours before departure. Kevin sets your exact window and confirms it with you.

We get you there

For shared rides, students are paired no more than 15 minutes apart on landing times. Delayed flights? We don't leave anyone behind — drivers have waited until 3am.

What to Know
✈️

Flight-Based Pickup

We work off your flight time, not a fixed clock. Starting August 2026, pickup buckets are set at the hour and half-hour based on landing time + 30 minutes.

Delayed Flights

No student left behind. We'll shuffle drivers to cover delays — no matter how late. Our drivers have waited until 3am. Guaranteed coverage, just no guarantees on pairing.

Cancellations

$25 fee — 31 to 8 days before travel.
$50 fee — inside 8 days.
Account suspended until fee is paid.

Shared Rides

Students paired by landing time — no more than 15 minutes apart. Your student may wait up to 15 minutes for their paired rider.
